You may sometimes have heard of the people suffering from Varicocele and the pain and discomfort they are facing. It is obvious to have the question in mind that what exactly is it, who is the one who suffers from it and how to treat it? It is an enlargement of the veins within the loosened bag of the skin which holds the testicles. This vein is very much similar to the varicose vein that flows in the leg.

Along with yoga, you should also need to be stick with healthy protein diets along with strict food timings.

Walking: It is another beautiful exercise for Varicocele treatment. This exercise includes a low impact activity which suits well for treating varicose veins. Walking stretch the calf muscles of the body which ultimately works for strengthening them. More will be the calf muscles are strong; more will be the chances of having improved blood flow which will further provide you quick relief from the pain and discomfort you are going through.

Cycling: Cycling is another low impact exercise which helps in strengthening the calf muscles. This excellent exercise enables the calf muscles for pumping blood and that too without showing any stress on the bones and the joints.

Leg Lifts: It is one of the best exercises for treating Varicocele which enables you to get rid of the problem up to a great extent.  It is a very low impact exercise which you can quickly do it by yourself. The only thing that you need to do is to lie straight on your back on a hard floor or mat and then raising a leg, holding it for few seconds in the air and then back on the floor, that’s all. Repeat the same exercise with the opposite leg too.

Calf raises: It is very low impact exercise which is very helpful in Varicocele treatment. The exercise involves standing with your legs, and you need to place your legs slightly apart and then raise your left tiptoe and coming back to the original position. Repeat the exercise with the right leg again. Repeat the entire exercise for about two minutes.

Pedaling legs:  It is another wonderful exercise which will enable you to get rid of Varicocele. For doing this activity, you need to lie on your back, raising your legs in the air followed by pedaling your legs for two minutes. Continue this exercise for two minutes.

Varicocele is a harrowing experience which everyone really doesn’t wish to have. Severe pain, a lot of discomforts and much more are related to the term Varicocele. It not only makes you restless but also is one of the major causes of low and poor quality sperm count and sometimes infertility too. Varicocele treatment is not a big deal which you cannot crack on. Most of the time patients suffer from this disease due to improper medical guidance.
