1.       Donut with milk
A donut is a great choice for the breakfast meal. That is far better than having muffins which contain more calories than a simple donut. Along with that, you can also have glass of chocolate milk or even plain low-fat milk works wonders with it. It will keep you fit and healthy.

2.       Smoothies
Nowadays, we are all pressed for time. Everyone seems running around, getting late for work or school. In this rush, we tend to skip our breakfast entirely since there is no time to make some. However, there is actually something which you can try out that doesn’t take much time and is as effective as a normal breakfast. We are talking about smoothies. We also have a quick recipe for a peanut butter and banana smoothie that you can try out. Put in two tablespoons of peanut butter, one frozen banana, a cup of almond milk and two ice cubes into the blend and give it a good whizz. It is quite filling and would keep you energised throughout the day.

3.       Scrambled eggs with vegetables
Break two eggs in a container. Add a bit of salt to it and give it a little stir. Now chop up a few of your favourite vegetables and add them to the stirred eggs. You can add tomatoes, carrots, spinach, onions and anything you like. Now stir it up a little more and shred some cheese on top of it. Now pop it in the microwave for about half a minute or so. Your scrambled egg with your favourite veggies is ready. It’s easy to make and quite healthy too. 

4.       Cereals
This is one of the most common and healthy breakfast that we have ever heard of. Here’s what you can do: in a bowl, take about one and a half cup of cereal, add some walnuts or almonds. To that, you can add a few spoonful of yogurt or ice-cream. You can also add a handful of blueberries in it. It would taste incredible. Why don’t you try it tomorrow for your breakfast?
