At his mid 40’s, Joe the manly, self-motivated, go getter National Sales and Product Manager of IGUS is indeed a great asset for this major American corporate.  With its headquarter in East Providence, the internationally recognized manufacturing company is producing over 28,000 industrial products made of superior class polymer and plastic tools meant for motional control as well as machinery parts. Its product range includes cable carriers, plastic bearings, continuous-flex cables and linear guiding tools and mechanisms. The above products are patented and branded as Energy Chain Systems, Chain flex, igubal, IGLIDE and DryLin. 

Backed by numerous huge production units in different places, the company aims to meet their worldwide customers demand. Joe, extensively known as Joseph E Ciringione joined IGUS in back 1995 as an indoor sales person in its Energy Chain Systems and Tools Division. Being an Indoor Technical Salesman he was then responsible to attend incoming telephone calls from customers and answering their technical queries ranging from engineering to product related issues. Later, He was also given responsibility to meet customer services, quoting them prices as per their requirements and for documentation of orders. In Sept, 1995 he was promoted as a RSM Regional Sales Manager, New England. He was assigned with bigger responsibility to join in direct sales proceedings. As a RSM he was responsible to sale linear guides, cable plastic bearings as well as flexible cable mechanisms and solutions to a number of OEM manufacturers, distributors and end users in vast region. 

His operational territories were New England, Metro NY area and some other major cities neighboring.  With his brilliance and amazing sales potential Joseph Ciringione became successful in boosting company’s sales from 1.5 million to 3 million. For his wonderful achievement, he was rewarded promoted to the position of the District Sales Manager for Eastern US. Joe worked in this position for 2 years and 1 month while he took care of managing sales specifically for IGUS’s cable management division in the extended region of Eastern USA, Mexico and Canada. During that time he was reported by 10 Regional Sales Managers together with 4 Mfg firms of the company. In Feb 2002, he was given the chair of North American Sales Manager in IGUS. As the SM, North America he was responsible to administer a team of 50 indoor and outdoor sales people for IGUS’s Energy Chain System range of products. 

Joe continued in this position for long 13 years and in 2015 he has been promoted as the Divisional Manager for Energy Chain Systems Unit. As DM, Energy Chain Systems, he is responsible to hire and manage product mangers, sales people as well technicians for varieties of engineering plastics and high grade flexible electrical cable items. Joseph E Ciringione together with his 60 sales officers sell wide range of plastic cable carriers which are mainly used in automation industries and machineries. In addition, they are also selling Robotic cable products used in automotive segment. He is a nature lover and hunting is his hobby. The striving salesperson and happy family man Joseph loves watching NFL games and learning cooking recipes from her wife.
